|
This interactive workshop will show participants how to write methods and procedures following the easy-to-use but comprehensive "4S Plan." Technical writers who face the daily challenge of explaining proper procedures without complicating or oversimplifying matters will benefit from this fact-filled course. Participants will consider their ethical responsibility to their client and their company in composing safe, usable, and current standard operating procedures. They will work through the create-and-control phases of the methods and procedures composing process.
